How To Make Stuff Happen

There is no denying that visualisations and affirmations have worked for some of our most powerful influential people. Why do so few people use them? It makes them feel silly, weak and it takes them out of their comfort zones. Little do they know that doing these very things will bring them strength, focus and motivation.

It’s the small things we do that have the most impact on our lives.

  1. Make a vision board– This is an incredibly powerful tool that gives you clarity and direction. Even if you don’t know what you want this will help you discover your goals. Therefore it’s a great starting point in the process. It can be as big or as little as you like, what is important in this process is not to think about it just cut out images and phrases that grab your attention.  Hang it in a place you will see it frequently.
  1. Create a mission statement- A paragraph of how you want to live your life, how much money you want to make, how it will be delivered to you, your values etc.
  2. Write down your goals and everything you want to accomplish by when.
  3. In an affirmation say what your goal is as if it is happening, for example if you want to lose weight you could say something like “I love that I lose weight easily and I am enjoying the new slender me and how I feel”
  4. Visualise it all happening, with you in the picture, like it’s happening right now.
  5. Believe, trust that it will happen.
  6. Take action!
